Undiscovered Talent, Inc. was formed late in 2005, after some part-time photographers expressed their frustration with the amount of work that they put into selling their photography. After looking for ways to help struggling photographers we came to realize that there is real demand for Digital Black and White Photography Services, and began retasking the site to offer a service, which we feel is lacking in Digital Photography today.
Our Love of Black and White Photography
After looking at other Digital Labs, and services which they offer it was clear that a quality Black and White Conversion Service was lacking. Our staff all share one thing: Love for Black and White Photography. We understand the many intricacies of Converting from Color to Black and White in a Digital Darkroom, and we apply latest techniques, and our own experience to reproduce that Classic Feel of Black and White Film Photography.

Making a Choice
If you are still wondering whether or not our service is right for you, think about what you are looking to get out of your Black and White Conversions. If you have used typical Online Labs, and chose to have your photographs converted to B&W automatically, and found the resulting photographs to be good, our service is not for you.
We go way beyond a typical conversion, and approach each image individually. We spend time, and analyze each image, and apply adjustments specific to that image only. We use a proprietary process, which goes far beyond what any automated process is capable of.
You may see our service as an investment, and it is. We age, our looks change, but Photographs, especially great ones remain, and we know how important it is for you to preserve your priceless memories, frozen in time on a Black and White print. Back to Top.
